About the Help Centre

The Help centre topics cover all aspects of how to use ModalConnect from Settings configuration, adding content, extracting data from content to create and link Entities, Reports and more. Search for a quick answer or follow step by step instructions including detailed screen-shots by selecting the topic from the Help Centre menu.

Expand the Help Centre to view all Topics.

Viewing images - mouse over an image to view it at full size within the Help pages.

Viewing Videos - click the full screen button to view videos.

Search Help Topics - use the Search field at the top of this screen to search for a key word or term.

Use the arrows on the right to go back or forward a page. The print icon to print a page. The bars to expand or collapse Articles in the Topic being viewed.

Permissions - the content shown in ModalConnect e.g menus, pages and editing options are governed by the permissions of your assigned User Role.
